Refund policy

Refunds, Returns and Cancellations.

  • On the very rare occasion that your order arrives in a damaged state (or on the even rarer occasion that it never arrives and can not be tracked), please contact us at, welcome@mythologystudio.com, as soon as possible.

  • For damaged and lost orders, we may request additional information in order to evaluate what has happened. After this, we may either offer a replacement or a refund for the item.

  • We are a small Studio working with different printing partners to be able to ship our products worldwide. The items we offer are made to order. This means we can’t accept returns or exchanges.

  • Since our items are made to order and are created when you place the order, we allow up to 24 hours for cancellations, if you change your mind. After that the order goes to production at this point we can’t accept cancellations. To be on the safe side, please review your order carefully before you finalise it.

  • Please note; digital items can’t be cancelled, returned or refunded. All sales are final.
