How can I pay for my order?

There are 2 ways you can check out on our website.

1. You can use PayPal to pay for your order. Either by logging into your PayPal account or as a guest.

2. We can accept credit or debit card payments via Yoco, as our trusted South African payment processor. We can only accept the payment in South African Rands (ZAR) with this method. A payment link will be sent to complete the order. Please allow 24 hrs to receive the link, look for our official store email.

*Note: We do not receive or store your card details, the full payment process is handled by Yoco or PayPal, so that your details are safe.

Can I change or cancel my order?

You can cancel the order or change it within 24 hours after the order has been placed. Send us an email at welcome@mythologystudio.com.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Please check our Refund Policy page. 

Shipping

Do you ship to my country?

We ship internationally to most countries in the world. If the postal system is working as normal in your country, we can likely ship it to you.

Will I have to pay duties & taxes?

Some countries will require you to pay duties and taxes, some will not. This depends on where you live and what policies are applicable there.

Payment of applicable duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

How long does shipping take?

The shipping times depends on the destination country of the order. Orders placed can take up to 3 business days to process and send to shipping. You will receive a ‘shipping confirmation’ email once your order has been shipped.

Most orders will take 3-10 days but due to customs or slower shipping times in some locations it can take up to 22 days. As long as you can still track your order, it is likely still on its way!

Please allow 15 days for your order to arrive. If it has not arrived in that timeframe, send us an email with your tracking number at welcome@mythologystudio.com.

*PLEASE NOTE: Some items may ship separately and arrive at different times. 

How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number by email when your order is shipped. Use the link provided to check on the status of your order.

Please allow 15 days for your order to arrive. If it has not arrived in that timeframe, send us an email with your tracking number at welcome@mythologystudio.com.

Note: It can take a few days for the tracking number to become activated.
