Order Processing Time.
  • Please allow 2-3 business days after receiving your ‘order confirmation’ email. During this time your order will be processed for shipping.

  • You will receive a ‘shipping confirmation’ email once your order has been shipped. 



Free Global Shipping.
  • We ship internationally to most countries in the world. (*This may change in the future, please keep checking here for any changes). 

  • We don’t charge anything extra for standard shipping no matter where you are ordering from. 

  • Please note: Depending on your country of residence, you may be required to pay import duties on your order. If you are unsure, a quick Google search can resolve the question.



Express Shipping.
  • We offer an express shipping option for customers who would like a faster delivery. 

  • Express shipping is fulfilled with a courier and should take 1-3 days to most locations. Even the locations that are known for slow deliveries should be delivered to within 10 days. 

  • Please note: There is a cost for express shipping (you will see the option at check out). 



Estimated Shipping times.
  • Shipping times will vary based on your location. We use different printing partners based in different parts in the world and we will ship from the one closest to you.

  • Most orders will take 2-7 days but due to customs or slower shipping times in some locations it can take up to 22 days. As long as you can still track your order, it is likely still on its way!  

  • Shipping time is calculated starting when you receive the ‘shipping confirmation’ email.

  • A tracking number will be provided to you when the order has been shipped. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

  • If you have not received your order within the estimated times, please contact us at with your name and order number so that we can assist you further. 



Refunds, Returns and Cancellations.
  • On the very rare occasion that your order arrives in a damaged state (or on the even rarer occasion that it never arrives and can not be tracked), please contact us at,, as soon as possible.

  • For damaged and lost orders, we may request additional information in order to evaluate what has happened. After this, we may either offer a replacement or a refund for the item.

  • We work with different printing partners, that make the items to order. This means we can not accept returns. Please take your time in picking out your desired item.

  • Since our items are made to order and are created when you place the order, all sales are final and we can not accept cancellations. Please review your order carefully before you finalise it.
